For the past decade, I’ve worked in the nonprofit sector building initiatives that bring people together and strengthen organizations. My experience includes designing and facilitating large-scale training programs, guiding teams through change, and coaching facilitators to deliver high-quality learning experiences for diverse audiences.

Today, I’m expanding that work into new spaces, helping organizations and leaders strengthen engagement, navigate change, and build cultures where people feel connected and supported.
